Dr.Guiseley has practiced optometry for over 18 years, beginning here in Gray in 1987. He worked for two years before acquiring the practice in 1989, when it was established as GFVC. Dr. Guiseley received his Doctorate of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts in May of 1987 after doing his undergraduate work at the University of New Hampshire. He was born and grew up in Mid-Coast Maine and attended Camden-Rockport High School. Dr. Guiseley is a member of The Maine Optometric Association (MOA), The American Optometric Association (AOA), and charitable programs which include; Vision USA, Infantsee, and the local Gray-New Gloucester Lions Club. He is married with two children and resides in Raymond.



Dr. Cook has been in practice for more than 10 years, having practiced in Colorado and Louisiana before joining Gray Family Vision Center in 2001. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Morrisville with a degree in Biological Technology and received his Doctor of Optometry Degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. Dr. Cook is a member of the Maine Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association, Low Vision Section. He is also a member of Volunteer Optometric Services for Humanity (VOSH). Dr. Cook resides in Portland with his wife Kimberly Boggiatto, Esq. and their son Andy.
